A comprehensive three month accelerated support programme, empowering women to embrace mid-life changes; dedicated to help you understand changes to your body and to support you through your menopause journey. Includes • A comprehensive health screening questionnaire to be completed at your leisure, and returned in time for assessment prior to your initial online consultation. • An initial 1-1 deep-dive consultation (90 mins), to understand your symptoms, evaluate your current health status, and assess your programme requirements. From this session, we will create your bespoke treatment plan, which will be reviewed at regular intervals by working together to identify and set your desired, achievable goals. You will be on your path to a more balanced you! • Full spectrum hormone profile testing (Value: £170). • Bespoke dietary information, menopause-focused recipes, supportive life hacks, easy-to-follow lifestyle tips, plenty of motivation and inspiration, expert support, listening, hand holding and professional guidance. • 3 months of recommended herbal medicine and supplements to last the duration of the programme, tailor-made for your individual needs. (These are reviewed and modified, if needed, at 2 weeks, 4 weeks & 8 weeks, to ensure a fully bespoken plan that is designed to help you thrive). • A weekly 15 minute phone check-in to keep you on track. • Monthly, live online support group (90 mins) to share tips, support and meet other women on the same journey. • A 1-1 one-hour, comprehensive review, and fine tune session, to track your progress, discuss any concerns and discuss tweaks to your supplement plan, at 2 weeks. • A 1-1 one-hour, comprehensive review, and fine tune session, to track your progress, discuss any concerns and discuss tweaks to your supplement plan, at 4 weeks. • A 1-1 one-hour, comprehensive review, and fine tune session, to track your progress, discuss any concerns and discuss tweaks to your supplement plan, at 8 weeks. • A final review at week 12 (30 minutes) to assess results and identify next steps.
